By accessing and using services through Wealth Builders Connect Inc., you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We offer tax prep, credit guidance, coaching, and digital products. Booking any service constitutes agreement to pay associated fees.

2. Payments & Cancellations

All payments are final. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours to reschedule.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, digital products, and materials are the property of Wealth Builders Connect Inc. and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

4. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee specific results. Your outcome is dependent on your consistency, dedication, and effort. We provide the tools — it's up to you to apply them. We are not liable for any unmet expectations or lack of progress.

5. PAYMENTS OVER $150
To protect both our clients and our business from fraud, all payments over $150 require submission of a valid government-issued ID. This step helps us verify your identity and ensure a secure transaction process.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital product sales are final — no refunds will be issued. If you do not receive your product, please contact customer support with proof of purchase and matching email. We will resend your digital product at no additional cost. Please double-check your email before submitting payment.

7. CHARGEBACKS
Chargebacks will not be taken lightly. If a chargeback is filed without proper communication, we will pursue legal action. The client will be held responsible for any legal fees or damages incurred.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS
All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. If you wish to cancel, please email customer support with your full name and the last four digits of your card number before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time once billed.

9. REFERRALS
Referral discounts will only be issued after the referred client has been verified and has completed a qualifying purchase. Referrals must reside at different addresses. If in the same household, an alternative discount code may be provided upon verification.

10. CONTENT USAGE
All content provided through our platform — including but not limited to digital products, training materials, templates, and resources — is protected by copyright. Do not duplicate, resell, distribute, or share any part of our content without express written permission. Legal action will be taken against unauthorized use.
