Refund / Disputed Transaction Policy

Refund Policy – Wealth Builders Connect Inc.
We value our clients and strive to provide the best possible services and digital products. Please read this policy carefully, as all purchases are considered final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance once payment has been processed. This includes, but is not limited to, the client choosing not to proceed, failure to submit required forms or documentation, financial hardship, or belief that services have not yet started. Work begins immediately upon receipt of payment, including allocation of resources, administrative setup, and digital access.
2. Services
All services rendered—including consultations, tax advisory, bookkeeping, business strategy sessions, and financial consulting—are non-refundable. Each service requires the investment of time, knowledge, and resources; therefore, all payments are final once rendered or scheduled.
3. Digital Products
All digital products (eBooks, templates, journals, courses, downloads) are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.
Upon payment, access is automatically granted and the product is considered delivered. No cancellations will be accepted once access is provided.
4. Subscription Planes
Subscriptions and memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
5. Missed or Canceled Appointments
Appointments canceled or missed without 24-hour notice are non-refundable. You may reschedule one time within 7 days, subject to availability.
6. Payment Plans
If you enroll in an installment plan, all payments must be made on time and without interruption. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of services and the full balance being due immediately. Payment plans cannot be paused, restructured, or restarted once initiated.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for completing and submitting all required forms and documentation in a timely manner.
Delays caused by client inaction do not qualify for refunds, rescheduling, or adjustments to service timelines.
8. Fraudulent Charges or Chargebacks
We take fraud seriously. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to pursue legal action, and the client will be held responsible for all associated fees.
9. Technical Support
We are committed to ensuring our digital products function as described.
Technical issues must be reported immediately to our support team. Access issues do not qualify as grounds for refunds.
10. Disputed Transactions
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that Wealth Builders Connect Inc. does not honor disputed charges. All disputes regarding payments will be contested in accordance with our no-refund policy. Clients are encouraged to contact our support team directly for resolution.
