2. Digital Products
All digital products (eBooks, templates, journals, downloads) are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access. Please verify your email before purchase.

3. Subscription Plans
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No partial refunds are issued.

4. Missed Appointments
We understand life happens, but missed or canceled appointments without 24-hour notice are non-refundable. You may reschedule once within 7 days.

5. Fraudulent Charges or Chargebacks
We take fraud seriously. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to pursue legal action and you will be responsible for associated fees.
